This would have been a more appropriate mountain bike ride for a Sunday because it started down the road from a church. We put together a 30 mile singletrack loop in the Honeybee Canyon system that was gorgeous and fun. The first part is easy trail that winds towards the ridgeline where things get more interesting. The climbing and ridgeline riding starts and I loved this section. This upper loop is very well built and there is a good amount of challenges. Weekday riding rules, we rarely see many people out.
We didn’t take any pictures, but for St Patrick’s day we spent the afternoon downtown at the parade and festival. We watched the Maguire Academy of Irish dancers and listened to a great band that featured Heather “Lil Mama” Hardy on fiddle. Boy oh boy can she play!!!!!
Life is good.
