Jem Area Trails and Wire Mesa Trail

Jem Area Trails

This day of riding was longer than we intended. We rode some fast flowy trails called Jem, Goosebumps, Dead Ringer, More Cowbell, Hurricane Rim and Cryptobionic. The views on More Cowbell were my favorite, though Jem takes you along the cliff right above the Virgin River and is neato.

Wire Mesa Trail

For our last day of riding we drove a short way to Grafton to ride the newish Wire Mesa Trail loop. The loop is only 7.2 miles so we did a lap going each direction. The riding is a good mixture of intermediate singletrack and rock mesa negotiating. The singletrack sections were fast and flowy with plenty of beautiful views. 

For our last dinner with our friends Derek made chili and cornbread. Tomorrow is moving day. Next.
