Last week we rode out at Starr Pass and connected to the Mockingbird/Shemwell Trail from the opposite way than the previous time. We came up Explorer Trail from the east and it is way easier this way. The climb is loose and rocky in a lot of spots but not as steep or technical as the approach from the west. We were tired from a big ride the day before so we kept our loop easier at 13 miles with 1167′ of climbing.
While boondocking on family property here we took the opportunity to wash the trailer. It takes forever! I climbed on top and inspected the roof and then gently washed the top and the solar panels. Derek tackled the rest of the trailer and while it doesn’t look brand new, it sure looks cleaner!
