We had blasting winds the other night that lasted into the morning so we were cooped up in the trailer waiting it out. A little after noon we braved the gusts and went for a short hike by Cedar Pockets a short distance from St. George, Utah.
This isn’t a destination hike really, just something close by where we are camping. There are a few different hike options but we chose a meandering route that passed by some interesting rock formations and had a great view of some of the surrounding mountains. Really, it was something to pass the time but it ended up being pretty fun.
